Jen Kettell, Owner
Jen Kettell, BCMA is a consulting arborist based in Natick, MA. As founder of Radiant Leaf Consulting, she educates homeowners and green industry professionals in horticultural best practices.
Jen began landscaping as a teen, later working in farming, greenhouse production, and at the Arnold Arboretum. With over 25 years of experience and as a Board Certified Master Arborist—the ISA’s highest credential—she brings a deep breadth of knowledge to Radiant Leaf Consulting.
Today, Radiant Leaf celebrates over a decade as a local, independent, fully insured business dedicated to knowledgeable, thoughtful care.
Radiant Leaf’s clients include Safdie Architects, The Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, and The Trustees’ public gardens. In addition to serving a diverse client base, Jen regularly shares her expertise with professional audiences. An engaging public speaker, she combines real-world field stories with expertise in pruning and woody plant care.

Tia Kelly, Client Services Specialist
Tia has over 10 years of experience in horticulture, complemented by extensive expertise in customer service spanning several additional years. This combination of skills has equipped her with a deep understanding of plant care, as well as a strong ability to effectively communicate with and support all of Radiant Leaf’s clients.
