Jen Kettell, Owner
Jen Kettell, BCMA is a consulting arborist based in Natick, MA. As founder of Radiant Leaf Consulting, she educates homeowners and green industry professionals in horticultural best practices.
Jen started landscaping as a teen, continuing to farming, greenhouse production, and finally the Arnold Arboretum before she began building Radiant Leaf Consulting. As a Board Certified Master Arborist, she holds the highest credential issued by the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). Today, Radiant Leaf celebrates more than a decade as a local, independent business.
Radiant Leaf’s clients include Safdie Architects, The Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, and The Trustees’ public gardens. In addition to serving a diverse client base, Jen regularly shares her expertise with professional audiences. An engaging public speaker, she combines real-world field stories with expertise in pruning and woody plant care.

Tia Kelly, Client Services Specialist, joined the Radiant Leaf team this spring!
Tia has over 10 years of experience in horticulture, complemented by extensive expertise in customer service spanning several additional years. This combination of skills has equipped her with a deep understanding of plant care, as well as a strong ability to effectively communicate with and support all of Radiant Leaf’s clients.
